We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage our real estate projects in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess
12 to 15 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project completion.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently to stay within budgetary constraints.
Site Supervision: Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues promptly.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds recognized standards and client expectations.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
