Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pune
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering to lead our project teams on a variety of residential projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct civil engineering projects from conception to completion, reviewing blueprints, and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and project objectives.
Coordinate and supervise multiple phases of project execution, from design and permitting through construction and commissioning.
Manage budgets, project resources, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
Ensure safety and environmental guidelines are adhered to, and address any violations promptly.
Conduct site visits and project reviews to monitor progress and adherence to plans.
Resolve conflicts or miscommunications that may arise during projects quickly and effectively.
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and present project results to senior management and stakeholders.
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 12-15 years experience in project management within the civil engineering industry is required.
Proven track record of managing Residential Projects.
Softwares required are:- AutoCAD, ERP, MS OFFICE.
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Outstanding working knowledge of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
