Project Manager Oil & Gas

Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Oil & Gas industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 14 years of experience in the job market context of India. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects within the Oil & Gas sector. You will be the key point of contact for stakeholders and will ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs
• Supervise project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 to 14 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
• Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Oil & Gas industry
• PMP certification is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
