- Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Project Manager to join our team. The Interior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that each project is executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and design team. Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the project. Provide regular updates on project progress, address any concerns or questions, and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of designers, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional results. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure that project objectives are achieved.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Obtain competitive bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of materials and furnishings.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to specifications, quality standards, and building codes. Address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain project integrity.Budget Management:
Monitor project expenses, track costs against budget allocations, and implement cost-saving measures whenever possible. Prepare and present financial reports to clients and senior management as needed.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery. Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
