Group Manager (PMO / Project Management)
Job Description
The principle role of this team is to manage, own and act as an enterprise applications custodian for deployment of solutions across various geographies.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all project management matters
Enterprise wide solution deployment to develop business efficiencies
Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to business needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of projects to stakeholders
Proactively highlighting Risks & Issues
Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed
Prepare reports on project status
Qualifications and skills:
Excellent project management skills applied to wide range and number of project types, complexities, domains and geographies
Self-starter, independent, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills is a must
PMP or other project management certification is a plus

Managing delivery for enterprise applications
Maintaining an established work schedule and strong work ethic
Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills
Effective reporting and documentation skills
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Working in a cross-functional team and environment
Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy to network with entire organization and get things done by building bridges
Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through
Competencies/ Skill set:
Total 10 12 Years plus of experience.
Demonstrated hands on experience in driving in successfully leading large multi-dimensional transitions
