Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead project management activities, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects related to data analytics and reporting.

Develop project plans, including dening scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate project tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather project requirements, identify dependencies, and resolve potential conicts.

Conduct data mapping and analysis to understand data sources, structures, and relationships, ensuring accurate and ecient data ow for analytics and reporting purposes.

Document business requirements, project specications, system workows, and technical documentation to ensure comprehensive project understanding and effective knowledge transfer.

Support the team in data analysis, reporting, and visualization activities, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to optimize data quality, ensure data integrity, and improve data governance practices.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, meeting minutes, and change logs.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics deliverables.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, data analytics, and documentation methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related eld (such as Information Systems, Business

Administration, or Computer Science).

Proven experience in project management, preferably within a data analytics or business intelligence context.

Strong understanding of data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization concepts.

Prociency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive project and technical documentation.

Familiarity with data management principles, data governance, and data quality assurance.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.

Prociency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA,Trello, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Prior experience in working with data analytics platforms and tools (such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, etc.) is a plus.
