- Role: Project Manager- New Product Development
Location: Chhatral, Kalol- Kadi
- Lead Projects: Plan and execute new product development projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Manage Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through to production and launch.
- Optimize Resources: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management within new product development, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
- Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
