Role : Project Manager Technical & Testing

Location : Chennai, India

Introduction :

Looking for a Testing Project Manager and PMO with experience working in Azure and .Net Projects, performing DevOps implementation, SRE, managed services and IT transformations

Testing & Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools & processes.

Have proficient knowledge in Testing process and all testing phases.

Effort Estimation, RTM & Review Test Cases

Must have real time technical & working Experience in Selenium automation tool with C# and .Net,

Preferable to have API testing, SQL DB testing with ETL knowledge etc.

Process Skills:

Project Management

Support on Data governance and regular MIS reports to the client and the Group/Delivery Managers.

Project Management office End to End PMO activities.

Technical Skill set in implementing the below levers to the client:

Real time exposure in Risk Based testing concepts, process, approach, and implementation.

Exposure in QA to QE transformation program

Exposure in Zero QA concepts and Approach for implementation to the client.

Exposure in Exploratory testing approach and challenges and prerequisites in implementation.

Shift Left/In Sprint Automation

Knowledge in DevOps Tools and Process

Exposure in AI Augmentation.

Technical :

Having technical and process knowledge in implementing the QA to QE transformation.

Having technical and process knowledge in implementing the Zero QA approach and should have success story of earlier implementation.

Knowledge in DevOps Tools and Process

Exposure in AI Augmentation with the knowledge of latest AI concepts.

Having successfully implemented the Automation transformation in the Progression and in Sprint phase of Testing (Shift left approach)

Experience and certification in Life & Annuity insurance Domain.

Good to have reasonable exposure in Insurance Life and & Annuity domain with the knowledge of products, workflow, and Policy life cycle knowledge in any software systems.

Certifications in LOMA

Process and Quality

IPG/ CMMI /Agile/Other Testing/PMO tools

Estimation Technique

Defect Management & Test Management tools like JIRA, Service Now etc.,

Qualification:

Knowledge on Insurance Domain.

Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech, or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
