- Deep understanding about NBFC business
- Communicating business directives, goal and needs to the technical teams.
- Articulate Business Requirements disseminate it to IT Team through BRD.
- Process review / development, modification, and standardization of implementation.
- Ensure concurrence between the business processes and product application.
- Coordinate with the development team, QA team and UAT testing team for successful implementation and release of product change requests/ enhancements.
- Custodian of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Product Notes, Business Process Circulars, Business Policies for stakeholders and management.
- Prepare / update operation manuals for various processes and roles in consultation with stakeholders.
- Maintaining a comprehensive record of both new and ongoing system modifications
- Crafting operational workflow presentations and documents for internal stakeholders
