Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage project teams and ensure everyone is meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify project risks and develop plans to mitigate them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Ensure that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
• 7-12 years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage project teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master are preferred
