Position-
Project Manager From MSP Background- Qualification- (degree / diploma) or Minimum B. Tech in Electronics, Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation.
- Experience- Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management and maintenance within large-scale plant environments.
- Project Planning and Coordination:
Plan and develop project ideas for the group.
- Responsible for CAPEX Planning, Budgeting, Evaluation, and Execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, schedule, and budget for each project.- Coordinate with various vendors, including Civil, MEP, Refrigeration, Puff Panel, Process Line, Machine Supplier, Fabrication, Interior Work, HVAC, Conveyor, ETP, Lift Installing, Gas Pipeline, Landscape proposal, etc.
Ensure all project activities are interlinked and tracked daily using Microsoft Project.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Collect and evaluate technical and commercial offers from vendors.
- Conduct technical discussions to finalize specifications and requirements.
Follow up with vendors for necessary changes and updates.- Perform technical comparative analysis and collaborate with the procurement team for final negotiations.
Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor project schedules and work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, including plan vs. actual progress.
Certify invoices based on work completed and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date.- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, MIS reports for project updates and management reviews.
- Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare detailed specification documents for required machinery and equipment.- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards and regulations.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
