Project Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

Understand business problems and requirements by building domain knowledge and translate to data science problem.

Help build overall data science capability for organization through support in pilots, product development, and practice development initiatives.

Coordinate between Alba and development team, Project Management

Experience in Aluminum Industry, Understanding of IT-OT network, basic knowledge of Python, R, Seeq/ Azure/ AWS.

Digital Transformation Strategy / Industry Knowledge / IT-OT Integration / Data Analytics / Change Management / Regulatory Compliance/ Cybersecurity / Advanced Data Analytics (e.g., Python, R) / Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) / Sustainability and Environmental Practices / Advanced Project Management / Quality Control / Advanced IT-OT Integration / Procurement

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Prince2, are a plus
