Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and constraints.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project objectives are met within the agreed-upon time, budget, and quality constraints.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities as required.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IT solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications and Skills :-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Experience in managing and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
