Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved within budget and scope.

• Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project timelines, milestones, and resources required.

Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring resources are allocated and utilized efficiently.

• Track project progress, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate adjustments to stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve issues and risks promptly to minimize project delays.

Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication among all parties.

• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive projects to successful completion.

Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as needed.

• Evaluate and assess project outcomes, identifying successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• The ideal candidate will have a background in educational leadership, having held roles such as Principal, Dean, and Head of Department (HOD).

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in managing complex projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).

Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
