The Project Manager International Client Relations will be responsible for managing relationships with universities and educational institutions globally. This role focuses on building new partnerships, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring that our students receive the best opportunities for their international education. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and extensive experience in client relations within the overseas education sector.
Key Responsibilities
University Partnerships:
- Lead efforts to establish, negotiate, and formalize agreements with international universities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with university representatives, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
- Develop strategies to expand the network of partner universities, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes.
Project Management:
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of partnership establishment, from initial contact to formal agreement.
- Ensure all university tie-up projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
- Work with internal teams (counsellors, admissions, marketing) to ensure alignment of university relationships with student needs and company objectives.
Client Relations & Service Delivery:
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner universities, addressing their needs and ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and implement service agreements to meet the expectations of partner institutions.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by university partners and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Data & Reporting:
- Track partnership progress, including student placements and feedback from universities.
- Regularly report to senior management on partnership performance and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in university partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management and client relations, particularly in the overseas education or service industry.
- Strong understanding of international higher education systems and trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
