Job Title: Project Manager (Interior Design)As a Project Manager at Buildwith, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from conception to completion. Your primary duties will include managing construction sites, coordinating with vendors, sourcing materials, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our design team to bring our clients visions to life, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Manage multiple construction sites concurrently, ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to procure materials and services required for each project.
Oversee the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any questions or concerns.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.- Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in project management (PMP) or related field.
- Experience working in the interior design or architectural industry.
