Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering IT & analytics projects, handling client relationships, resolving day-to-day issues, and drafting proposals and agreements. The Project Manager will also possess strong technical knowledge and be comfortable setting up processes and creating documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and issues.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping them overcome challenges.
- Understand technical architecture, APIs, and programming to effectively contribute to technical discussions and solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical requirements are met.
Documentation and Process Setup:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Establish and refine processes to improve project efficiency and quality.
- Draft proposals, agreements, and other project-related documents.
Communication:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clearly convey project information to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and programming.
- Strong understanding of Analytics. Knowledge of Power BI would be recommended.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
