Roles & Responsibilities
The Digital Project Manager for Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving digital experience platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of DXP technologies and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality digital experiences. The Digital PM will work closely with developers, designers, marketers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on DXP projects.
- Strong understanding of DXP technologies, such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and practices.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and personalization strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
