Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by handling a team of 4-5 Assistants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record in management/handling of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients business objectives, challenges, and pain points to effectively position our services as solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, taking proactive measures to address any areas of concern.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of dedicated assistants, ensuring they have the resources and tools necessary to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to assistants, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the Operations team to optimize assistant-client matches, ensuring alignment with clients needs and preferences.
- Coordinate training and development programs for assistants to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key account metrics, activities, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and assistants alike.
- Leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite/Workspace
Language: Must be Fluent in English(Non-Negotiable)
