Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. This role requires extensive experience in project governance, various project methodologies, Scrum processes, people management, stakeholder management, documentation, and reporting. The Project Manager ensures that all project goals are met within the agreed scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Job Description
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Implement and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure accountability and structured decision-making.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, policies, and regulations.
- Apply appropriate project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project needs.
- Lead the adoption and improvement of Scrum practices and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and consistent communication.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members.
- Manage project team performance and development.
- Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, and risk logs.
- Provide regular updates to project sponsors and senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Provide functional and basic technical insights to guide project decisions and problem-solving.
- Ensure adherence to company defined policies and process.

- Regularly review and update project management processes and practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations effectively.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are documented and addressed.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor project team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Reporting And Documentation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Generate and present regular project status reports.
- Ensure all project records are accurate and up to date.
Tool Utilization
- Effective use of ADO, Jira, and Confluence for project management.
- Ensure team adherence to company processes and policies.
Skill And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP project management certification.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management and handling multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ADO, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.

- Basic technical knowledge and functional expertise.
