About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for allocating projects to the appropriate teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines. A key aspect of the role involves generating comprehensive reports that accurately reflect project status and milestones achieved.

Your Day-to-Day responsibilities at Sagent include but not limited to:

The Project Coordinator will also be tasked with budgeting and financial analysis, providing insights into project expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Vendor management is another critical function, requiring the candidate to negotiate contracts, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure service delivery aligns with company standards.

Furthermore, the role encompasses Full-Time Contractor (FTC) management, including the onboarding and offboarding processes, to maintain a seamless operational flow. Statement of Work (SOW) management is also a significant responsibility, necessitating the creation, evaluation, and adjustment of SOWs to meet project requirements and objectives.

Contract management is an integral part of the job, with the Project Coordinator expected to oversee contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in project coordination or a related field. Candidates with over 6 years of experience and a proven track record will be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in FTC management and familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Proficient in SOW and contract management, with an ability to interpret and enforce contractual terms.
