Project Manager

We are currently looking for passionate and proactive team members to join our progressive and dynamic IT Development team.

• Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

• Monitor project expenses and manage budget adjustments as necessary.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks.

• Assign responsibilities and ensure team members understand their roles.

Track project progress and make adjustments to project plans as necessary.

• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.

• Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project performance.

Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly to keep the project on track.

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates.

• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among team members.

Generate detailed project reports and documentation.

• Present project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management

• Experience:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years managing IT projects.

• IT project management: 1 year (Preferred)

Software development: 1 year (Preferred)

• Software testing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Skills:

Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource management.

• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g. Clickup).

Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
