Job Roles & Responsibilities:

In along with managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to the delivery of our Radiology AI solutions, this role also manages specific internal organizational development initiatives. Having previously implemented Health Informatics programs, you are acknowledged as an authority in your sector as a project manager. With the assistance of senior Professional Service employees, including the Director of Professional Services, you will need to collaborate closely and interact with consultants, outside organizations, and all pertinent stakeholders as needed to guarantee successful project outcomes. The strategies and strategic directions for Professional Services will have your support and assistance. You will play a key role collaborating with the Customer Success and Dev Ops teams because of your extensive understanding of IT systems and services. Additionally, you will assist our sales team in carrying out any trial or pilot projects. You will be a dynamic person who can function in a variety of capacities and roles to help the company meet its goals, especially in expansionary times.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Plans, implements, and monitors AI solutions at customer sites; works closely with customer IT departments to design and implement AI solutions for hospital IT systems, such as PACS and RIS;

Conducts risk assessments; oversees project budgets; and creates project plans that are customized to the needs of the client

Conducts reviews with all stakeholders, internal and external, to disseminate updates across all projects.

Plans projects, establishes milestones, and serves as the primary point of contact with customers from initial implementation to patching and upgrades.

Controls risks and client concerns to keep the project on track and under budget.

Oversees the implementation and administration of trial and pilot projects, collaborating with other important internal stakeholders

Program Management:

Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to accomplish goals as a member of the PMO team and is expected to contribute to the attainment of organizational growth and development.

As instructed, supports the implementation of Company's strategic plans to promote steady and sustained organizational growth.

Oversees and reports on assigned projects, leads and/or manages internal development initiatives as needed.

Qualification:

• 5+ years Project Management experience and proven track record in the installation and delivery of Healthcare Informatics projects
• Knowledge and experience of project management, including within a health service setting.
• Experience in leading organisational change and business improvement a benefit
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
• Preferably Certified Project Manager; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
