• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Communicate with stakeholders, reporting progress and addressing risks.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure project quality through testing and reviews.
• Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Document and report project outcomes, lessons learned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools ( Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
