Job Summary:
Global Furnovate is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in interior design to oversee and manage our interior design projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, managing budgets, and ensuring that client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior design projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.
- Oversee all aspects of project design, including space planning, material selection, and presentation to clients.
- Manage on-site activities, ensuring that all work is executed according to design specifications and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and keep them updated on project progress.
- Identify potential risks and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Monitor project costs to ensure they are within the approved budget.
- Ensure all permits and regulatory approvals are obtained as needed.
- Motivate and guide teams to achieve the best outcomes for every project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, and finishes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Pay: 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
