Job Overview:

Foundation AI is seeking a Project Manager. You will be a key member of our team and will build strong relationships with new customers, have an in-depth understanding of our customers goals, and monitor their experience with and the adoption of the Foundation AI platform to prove out ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • A Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion
  • Play a critical role in the Delivery Team by engaging with the customer and their respective partners for their technical and functional rollouts
  • Responsible for successful technical deployment, functional rollout, and user enablement for the agreed Scope of Work (SOW), within defined timelines
  • Monitor Projects budgets and expenses to ensure that the professional services are delivered with agreed financial parameters
  • Project Management activities will include the following, but not be limited to:
    • Interact with the sales/pre-sales team to obtain the handover from sales to delivery
    • Setup and lead the kick-off meetings with the client
    • Agree on timelines, create project plans, and obtain necessary sign offs during various stages of the engagement
    • Record all risks related to deployment and create mitigation plans
    • Align the technical and functional resources as per the project plan
    • Customer management, team management, escalation management
    • Handle all communications and escalations related to the project delivery, including regular updates of project-related documentation
    • Ensure that all the milestones are completed as per the agreed timelines
    • Responsible for change management in relation with the Scope of Work / Deployment Architecture during the Implementation Phase of the project
    • Obtain deployment sign off and ensure smooth transition of projects to Customer Success Managers / Support with complete documentation
    • Responsible for scoping and coordinating with client POC, on the agreed requirements
  • Suggest innovative ideas which will help in effective and efficient management of Implementation Projects
  • Interface with internal teams, such as Support, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering / Data Science teams

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in SAAS or product consulting industry
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
  • Must be willing to work during standard US business hours
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills to lead cross functional alignment discussions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build effective customer relationships
  • Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning
  • Hands on approach on Solution delivery with extra focus on Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, focus group sessions, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
  • PMI- PMP, PMI - ACP certifications are highly desirable

It would be nice if you have:

  • Exposure to working on an Onshore - offshore set up
  • Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, delivery and documentation skills
  • Exposure to litigation involving Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Veterans Benefits, and/or Insurance Defense
  • Familiarity with Agile development, APIs and integration techniques, Python and SQL databases
