Profile : Project Manager for AI Driven Security & Monitoring Solutions
Reports to : Director Technology
Location: Chandivali, Mumbai
Brief Job Role :
- The candidate will be responsible for administrative assistance, project coordination, project support, team management and communication.
- The Project Manager will work to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, seamless coordination done between customers and internal teams and meet quality standards.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, preparing project status reports, managing project documentation, and providing administrative support to project teams.
Job Responsibilities
Project support and project coordination experience, good analytical skills to interpret and communicate project data
Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and project team members
- Administrative assistance experience to provide support to project teams
- Ability to do smooth coordination between domestic / international customers and internal teams with objective of resolving customer queries, issue resolution, managing deliverables on time and maintaining customer relationship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software with minimum experience of 3 yrs handling coordination for multiple projects in IT
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Team management experience necessary
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
