Role Summary
- Monitor and drive the progress of the project and ensure milestones of projects and those relating to overall program development are met.
- Responsible for managing the projects budgets and coordination of all projects within the program.
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in Agile and hybrid Agile development practices.
- Must have SAP ERP implementation experience
- Should have handled and managed IT Projects
- Experience with FI/CO Implementation experience is a must as a project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing large scale program delivery for SAP FICO track within the IT function.
- Bring execution excellence across all projects in its scope.
- As Program Manager, ensure end-to-end metric-based and process-based delivery of the projects that features across physical retail, eCommerce and shared services of multiple businesses for Landmark Group, India.
- Work closely with stakeholders from the IT and business teams to ensure projects are executed end-to end, accurately tracked, measured, and communicated to all teams.
- Defining project execution methodology and plans and ensure an efficient data-driven track and report culture across their functional area.
- Responsible for Agile and Hybrid agile delivery Professional Attributes:
- Ability to influence stakeholders and bring about process improvement in addition to managing delivery.
- Very strong program management skills, interacting with multiple stakeholders, coordinating, planning resources, adjusting project plans to meet timelines, etc.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring his/her team members to deliver high quality deliverables and implement agile / hybrid agile best practices across projects.
