Project Manager - Experiential and Web Development (Creative Agency)

A Creative agency is hiring for the profile of Project Manager (Website and Experiential).

Job Summary:

The Website and Experiential Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing web development projects and experiential marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, managing web development & design projects, and experiential marketing or film production, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage web development and experiential projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and freelancers, including designers, developers, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Allocate resources effectively and adjust as necessary to meet project goals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and align with the company's strategic objectives and client expectations.

Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Experiential Marketing: Design and execute experiential marketing campaigns that create memorable and impactful brand experiences.

Analytics and Reporting: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, report on progress, and analyze results to improve future projects.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree with additional certification or experience in Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on web development and experiential marketing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira), web development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
