Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans for events, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives for each event.
- Ensure all event deliverables align with client expectations and company standards.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including vendors, contractors, and in-house staff.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any issues or challenges.
- Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the approved limits.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services.
- Approve invoices and manage payments in a timely manner.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for event execution.

- Quality Control:
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure event setups meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor event execution to ensure seamless operation and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Collect feedback from clients and attendees post-event to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
- Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the event industry, with a portfolio of successfully managed events.
