Job Overview
- Coordinate the execution of Industrial Product carbon footprint IT solution project
- Together with the Industrial BU Sustainability leader and peers, understand the architecture and inner working of existing and to-be-deployed Sustainability solutions (i.e. for Product Carbon footprint calculation and beyond).
- Establish and maintain outside vendor relationships with external solution providers
- Work into the TE internal data system environment (IT Analytics, SAP, Edge etc.) and coordinate input from key stakeholders who are extracting the data required to drive the Sustainability solutions (aka Systems)
- Support Sustainability strategy by managing on case-by-case basis delivery of Sustainability related projects on time within budget using best in class project management methods.
- Monitor and Track relevant Sustainability Projects at central IND BU
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Sustainability, Project management, Environmental data science, or related engineering discipline. IT savviness with data and systems is required.
- Min 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management with some demonstrated skills in dealing with international broad variety of internal/external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects, meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Experience or Knowledge in sustainability Environmental data management, product carbon footprint, life cycle assessment, circular economy or product stewardship/product compliance
- Some business savviness and basic understanding of manufacturing product& process, as this is the base of where data stems from.
