1. Responsible for all project execution processes after the order hand off (from sales team) to the shipping /
commissioning at site excluding invoicing / payment.
2. Key product is HV/MV motors which are manufactured both in Japan and India. Responsible for both
motors manufactured in Japan and India.
3. Work as project manager / engineer for global market reporting to TMEIC Japan team.
4. Work in Bengaluru as location base but report to TMEIC Japan team, and often travel to TMEIC Japan
Tokyo head office to properly work in team. Also sometimes travel to the customer s locations
internationally for the meeting during the project execution.
5. Responsible for the global customers, mainly Europe, North America, South East Asia, Middle East, China
and Japan except India domestic market.(India domestic market is out of responsibility)
6. Direct communication with the global customers or TMEIC global team during the project execution.
7. Communication with both TMEIC Japan factory and India factory for project execution.
8. As project management / engineering, responsible for

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
2. More than 5 years experience for HV/MV motor business fields.
3. 5 years in a direct client facing position as a project manager / engineer.
