Job Title: Project Manager (TL Level)

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Nexus Mall - Seawoods, Darave, Mumbai

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager with 6-8 years of experience to manage and lead a project team for the Mumbai Site (Nexus Mall - Seawoods Darave). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent client communication abilities, and the capacity to manage stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery and execution of project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth coordination with clients and partners.

1. Client Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Understand client needs and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.

1. Reporting & MIS:

• Prepare regular reports, status updates, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure accuracy in MIS reports.

1. Team Leadership & People Management:

• Lead a small project team and oversee their day-to-day tasks.
• Handle team management, providing direction, feedback, and motivation.

1. Risk Identification and Mitigation:

• Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

1. Verbal Communication:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Present project updates and reports confidently.

1. Ownership and Accountability:

• Take proactive ownership of the site and project tasks.
• Ensure accountability for all project activities and deliverables.

1. Technical Requirement Understanding:

• Interpret client/customer needs and translate them into technical requirements for the project team.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

1. APM Tool Knowledge & Monitoring Experience (Preferred):

• Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
• Experience in monitoring and managing project health is a plus.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in project management roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management abilities.
• Ability to take ownership, show initiative, and drive projects to completion.
• Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with APM tools and monitoring experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to convert customer requirements into technical terms.
• Strong understanding of reporting, risk management, and MIS.
