We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Project Manager in the Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) section.
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our QC/QA operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the QC/QA section of a pharmaceutical testing lab and a strong understanding of various ISO standards like ISO 17025 and ISO 17034 for various projects related to the same. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all QC/QA processes meet regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage QC/QA operations in the pharmaceutical testing lab.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 17034, and ISO 17043 standards.
- Develop and implement QC/QA policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Execute projects in relation to ISO 17034, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of QC/QA activities.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor QC/QA staff to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on QC/QA activities to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the QC/QA section of a pharmaceutical testing lab.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 17034, and ISO 17043 standards.
- Proven experience in managing QC/QA operations and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Master's degree and/or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
