The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Responsible for site execution works, -interacting with civil vendors, and contractors for execution works.
- Technically strong in handling all Civil & Finishing Fundamentals, as per the IS-standard.
- Good in Site co ordination, identification and resolving the Civil & Finishing issues.
- Responsible to plan the activities, in co-ordination with Design team, contractors, various vendors for day to day work progress.
- Good in interior works, for any up gradation and refurbishment works.
- Good in Measurement & material knowledge.
- Monitoring day to day work progress. - Structural & Civil Finishing activities.
- Good command over the vendors / Consultants, to get the quality works
- Responsible for timely completion of the assigned project, and follow -up works.
- Ability to own multy task & risk management.
- Overall responsible for execution of the project and Pro actively completion of the works.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Must be from Interior Background
