About The Role
Carrier is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the Corporate IT staff as a Project manager, to create, implement, and support key elements of our Network strategy.
This position will be responsible for running critical Cyber projects spanning multiple countries and business units. This role assumes a high degree of knowledge in the Cyber domain and extensive knowledge related to auditing and reporting.
This role is also responsible for participating in the introduction of new and innovative technologies to help the Carrier businesses increase employee productivity and engagement, and increase integration with backend business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and past working experience on Cyber domain like penetration testing, SoX compliance testing and reporting, risk management, identity and access management.
- Manage all phases of Cyber projects through all phases of the project management life cycle involving, requirement gathering and defining scope, technical design, budgeting, procurement, hardware, software, configuration, security, implementation, and deployment.
- Develop all project management deliverable and project artifacts required for the projects.
- Create and manage project plans effectively Schedule and track deliverable Organizing governance meetings Status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with stakeholders for deliverable Manage risks, issues, and plan mitigation. Client/Vendor contract reviews and negotiations
- Manage procurement and delivery Manage project financial cost and plan contingency Maintain contractual documents and evidence for milestone approvals Handover and transition to Services team.
- Manage Change control process for any scope change Liaison with auditing teams to coordinate the auditing efforts for SoX application audits
Minimum Requirement
- 10+ years of Project management experience in IT Strong understanding of latest technologies in Cyber domain and statutory risk requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established time frames and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and technical skills are essential.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, be a team player, meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
- Individual must be highly motivated, results-oriented with keen attention to detail and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s). Master's Degree a plus.
- PMP certification a plus, but not mandatory
