• About Job-

Work collaboratively with subject-matter experts (Vulnerability Team Members, Chief Information Security Officers), various internal cross-functional teams, and external project teams to ensure project timelines are adhered to, detailed task lists are created, and communications are effectively relayed. The candidate should have a background in cybersecurity or IT.

Heavy emphasis on reliability, congeniality, and customer service.

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Meticulous tracking of email, project-related, and outstanding-task details

Keep an updated shared Outlook calendar which demonstrates daily activities and meetings

Host frequent internal meetings via MS Teams with cross-functional subject-matter experts to extract project deliverable details and updates

Consistent maintenance of client logs and project plans via SmartSheet and SamePage as project(s) unfold. This includes adding task line items as needed, communicating delays, spotting potential issues, and coordinating meetings.

Attend frequent client-facing meetings hosted by subject-matter experts via MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet

Creation and timely distribution of client-facing meeting notes to attendees

Monitor scope creep and respond to client needs while mitigating late delivery risk and events that could trigger a change request.

Oversee timely completion of any outstanding vCISO and/or Vulnerability Team tasks

Work in tandem with assigned vCISO and/or Vulnerability Team Members to address issues that would impede timely project completion, and guide these issues to resolution

Communicate with internal stakeholders about assigned Vulnerability Team Member/vCISO Team performance and serve as a liaison between subject-matter experts and clients

Contribute ideas for Project Management process improvements

Successfully work on a variety of projects simultaneously in fast-paced work environment
