Exp - 20+yrs
Qualification - B.E/Diploma(Civil)
Location - Chennai
Gender - Male
Skills:
- Should have experience from reputed builders.
- Should have experience in working at Chennai.
- Should have good experience in residential construction from beginning till finishinghand over of the building.
- Should have experience in high end flats, villas or independent houses preferably.
- Should be good at English and experience in handling Architects and Clients independently.
- Should have his own data base of good quality contract labours and / Vendors and capable of bring them for work as and when the company needs.
- Should have good knowledge in word, excel, power point, autocardd.
- Candidates have not jumped jobs too often in short time from companies.
- Should have two wheeler or four wheeler
- Should be able to mobilise his own team for project work able to bring Junior/Senior Engineers.
- We dont want resumes who have experience in construction of tunnel, bridges, road, hostels, warehouses etc.
- Should have good experience in finishing work like tiling, flooring, painting & marble works etc.
- Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
- Should have good capacity to control engineers and labours working under him.
- Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers
- Preparing record drawings, technical reports etc.
