• Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who possesses in-depth knowledge of the residential construction industry and has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.

• Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with consultants for Good for Construction (GFC) documentation.

• Oversee the vetting and issuance of GFC.

Review and approve the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) after thorough vetting.

• Schedule material procurement in a timely and efficient manner.

Vet contractor bills and quantities for accuracy.

• Execute regular comparisons with the Master BOQ to ensure consistency.

Address and resolve weekly delays in execution, ensuring projects remain on track.

• Develop and maintain a labor and manpower requirement chart.

Conduct cost comparison analyses and generate reports.

• Produce weekly and monthly reports on project cost and schedule, highlighting any discrepancies or areas of concern.

• Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Project Management.

• Mandatory: Prior experience in residential construction projects.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to analyze complex data and produce clear actionable outcomes.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
