Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary: As a Project Manager for consultancy services specializing in detailed project report preparation, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of comprehensive project reports for our clients. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, vendors, associates, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and preparation of detailed project reports, encompassing feasibility studies, cost estimates, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
- Manage and oversee multiple projects within the consultancy services portfolio from initiation to closure.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and consultants to gather project data and insights for report preparation.
- Conduct site visits and assessments as necessary to gather information and validate project requirements.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution of challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports and recommendations to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (7-10 years) as a Project Manager in consultancy services, particularly in preparing detailed project reports.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid technical background with proficiency in analyzing project data and creating detailed reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, urban development integrated projects.
- Familiarity with software tools for project management and report generation.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional travel to client sites or project locations.
