Project Manager(Civil & Finishes)

Max Hospital, Lucknow is looking for a graduate engineer from any reputed university with an experience of 15 years in construction of high rise building & high end finishes. Candidate should be well versed with the following:

• Preparation of costing and proposals.
• Technical negotiations with Clients/Consultants/Architects.
• Interior Construction Management.
• Scheduling of projects and monitoring.
• Leading the Procurement of materials.
• Alignment with Projects construction team & leaders.
• Valuations of projects handling and billing.
• Quality control and assurance.

Exposure in hospital & Hotel construction will be preferred.

Candidate should be a go getter with an ability to coordinate with multi disciplinary projects.

Knowledge of Autocad & MS Projects is desirable.
