Job Description

Design Thoughts Architects is looking for a skilled Project Manager- Civil to oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll play a key role in driving growth and optimizing processes, all while embodying our core values of creativity, excellence, and collaboration. Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with an architecture firm is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering a minimum of 5 villas and bungalows under architectural guidance or as part of a project management team.
• Experience in a firm with a size of 40 to 80 employees is preferred.

Skills Required

• Project Management: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address challenges and find solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project bills and documentation.
• Provide direction to the construction team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Establish quality check parameters to maintain high standards.
• Build and nurture client relationships to foster collaboration and satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 800,000.00 - 1,000,000.00 per year
