JOB RESPONSIBITIES:
- Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, and milestones.
- Create detailed schedules to ensure timely completion of all project phase
- Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and controlled.
- Client Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the project.
- Understand client needs and expectations, translating them into actionable design solutions.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and coordinate tasks.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors and vendors to ensure it meets design specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with project standards.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them throughout the project cycle.
- Address any issues that arise promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Provide regular status reports to clients and stakeholders on project progress.
- Design Development Oversight:
- Oversee the development of design concepts, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand identity.
- Review design drawings and specifications for accuracy before implementation.
- Vendor Management:
- Source and evaluate vendors for materials, furnishings, and services required for the project.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Final Project Delivery:
- Ensure all aspects of the project are completed to satisfaction before final handover.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.

Pay: 350,209.27 - 442,552.76 per year
