About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Office (PMO) (.Net projects) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of IT projects by providing project management expertise, guidance, and oversight. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PMO processes, methods, and templates to improve project management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide project management support to IT project teams, including project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and risk indicators, delivering insights to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Facilitate project communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project management training programs for project managers and team members.
- Analyze project data and identify opportunities for improvement in project management practices.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in project management and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the IT industry
- Preferable .Net (Microsoft technologies) projects.
- Strong understanding of PMO principles and practices, including methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and PMI standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
