- Deliver a high level of consistency and punctuality in the execution of all business development activity
- Develop and maintain the schedule, priority and assignment of all tasks related to sales-prospecting
- Monitor the team s progress, identify potential challenges and propose solutions to keep them focused on their tasks and responsibilities and help with coordination to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Help in research and development activities to prepare pitch materials
- Coordinate sales team effort in converting prospects to leads/to clients by managing calendars and schedules
- Assist with logistics such as event registrations, travel and venue coordination
- Keep track and document meeting details, next steps, and follow up items in electronic form and share with all stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between project goals and tasks planned, identify when tasks planned are not aligning with the goals and inform stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor staff as required
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience in electronic documentation and reporting tools to track project status
- Understanding of project management tools like Jira, MS Project and MS Office suite
- Familiarity with technology terminology and ability for self-learning
- Familiarity with various communication platforms (e.g., email, Slack, Microsoft Teams) for stakeholder communication
