Job Description

Role Description:

The Program Management Analyst role is responsible for providing the support to various work streams that are focused on the build and the run of the Bangalore COE and the COE Program team. This would involve strong project/program management capabilities, driving change management, coaching various functional teams, executing operations/tactical initiatives, and improving processes as needed.

Responsible
Bring discipline in adhering to the program/project management principles
Closely work with the COE senior leaders to track and report the status of COE priorities
Prepares, maintains, and presents timely and comprehensive activity/progress/status reports to leadership
Operationalize the processes which come out of centre priorities and other initiatives
Manage the risks of the centre by identifying the risks on the projects and programs being run at the centre
Coordinates with vendor teams to track SLAs, OLAs, new services/headcount additions, contract governance etc.
Effective management of the life cycle of all projects from start to end
Proactively identifies and provides input into the development and improvement of Project Management strategies, policies, procedures, standards, methods including tools and templates
Provides support locally within the Bangalore COE organization e.g., summarizing KPIs/metrics, coordinating all-hands and town-halls
Provides operations support as and when needed to get things done e.g., local HR/IT/Finance coordination
Supports COE leadership team with operations support as appropriate
Plans and executes surveys/dashboards to seek stakeholder feedback on COE effectiveness and improvement areas
Facilitate the Audit and compliance process for the Bangalore COE by partnering with the key stakeholders
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Technology, Business Administration or commensurate experience or educational background.
Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, ability to influence with no authority, communications, consulting, and team/interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation, reporting and dashboarding skills
Business acumen, execution excellence and drive for delivering results
Ability to handle multiple projects and multi tasking
Ability to work collaboratively with others from any functional area, background, or location to influence thinking, and gain acceptance.
Ability to comfortably work with both technical and non-technical audiences and to work with and through all levels in an organization.
International experience: Self-awareness of communication style and cultural differences.
Consultative style: Ability to formulate and articulate a perspective and present it in a manner that generates understanding and alignment.
Self-motivated and capable of operating independently with limited oversight. Strong sense of personal accountability for work tasks.
Entrepreneurial and roll off the sleeves mindset
Comfortable acting in a role both as individual contributor and influencer
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Travel Required: 0%-10% average during normal circumstances
5-7 years of experience in project/program management, marketing, and operations
