Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our branding agency team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in agile methodologies, bringing expertise in managing brand-driven projects with a high level of flexibility, collaboration, and strategic planning. This role requires close coordination with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure that project milestones are met on time and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Agile Projects: Apply agile principles to manage branding projects from concept to completion, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive productivity and client satisfaction.

- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and facilitating regular updates.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, and copywriters, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

- Project Planning and Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client goals and agency standards. Break down projects into actionable tasks.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards by conducting reviews and encouraging continuous feedback.

- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

- Timeline and Milestone Management: Use agile techniques to manage timelines, track progress, and address roadblocks swiftly.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain documentation of project progress, decisions, and any changes. Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years in project management, preferably within a branding, advertising, or creative agency.

- Agile Expertise: Proven experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, Kanban, and/or Scrum.

- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively with creative solutions.

- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Certifications (Preferred): Agile, ScrumMaster (CSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
