Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager BHS/VGDS/PBB at Sprint Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Gurugram. The Project Manager BHS will be responsible for day-to-day project management tasks, including expediting, inspection, logistics management, and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. The Project Manager BHS/VGDS/PBB will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders and managing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead project teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that any deviations are documented and approved.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and lessons learned.
• Closure: Facilitate project closure activities, including finalizing deliverables, obtaining client acceptance, and conducting post-project reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a Aviation industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Requirements:

Availability to travel occasionally, as required by project needs.

Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate project deadlines and client needs.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required by the employer.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position varies depending on qualifications, experience, and location. It typically ranges from Rs. 08 Lac to 10 Lac per year.
