Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE.Civil) or related field.
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage civil engineering projects in accordance with the company's standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project risks and provide effective solutions to overcome challenges.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
- Lead and supervise project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, including financial updates and performance metrics.
