We are seeking an experienced Project Manager-Banking/Wealth Management to lead a team in the successful implementation and delivery of projects within the banking and wealth management sector. The ideal candidate will have 15-19 years of relevant experience in the Indian job market context.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects within the banking and wealth management sector
• Lead a team of project managers, business analysts, and developers
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

Skills and Qualifications

• 15-19 years of experience in project management within the banking and wealth management sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
